About the role
We're hiring an Immigration Research & Knowledge Intern to keep the facts behind Settl's AI advisor accurate - visa paths, APS, Anmeldung, housing, and related German bureaucracy that students hit when relocating.
This is a paid student internship: EUR 1,500/month gross for about 20 hours/week (EUR 17.31/hour).
Key responsibilities
Research and document visa / APS / Anmeldung / housing processes with clear sources
Turn findings into structured knowledge the product and advisor can use
Flag outdated or conflicting official guidance; propose updates
Spot-check advisor answers against your research
Work carefully: accuracy beats speed when students rely on this
What you'll need
Strong research habits and comfort with primary sources
Familiarity with (or intense curiosity about) German bureaucracy for international students
Ability to read German documents or official pages is a strong plus
